Beau Property was founded with a clear purpose: to reimagine what a new home can be. Every one of our developments reflects our obsession with quality, detail, and liveability.
We are deeply rooted in the Tunbridge Wells area and only take on projects within 30 minutes of our home base. That means we’re personally invested in everything we build – on site every day, ensuring the highest standards of construction and neighbourly consideration.

Who we are
Beau Property was founded in 2009 by Chris Hammond, a property expert who has completed a huge range of successful building projects.
As an investor and landlord himself, he lives and breathes property and it is his true passion as well as his expertise. Joined by his wife, Georgina, as a Director in 2024, the wider team consists of construction experts who share their passion for excellence. We are also connected to many brilliant and professional tradesmen, all working alongside our exceptional team.
