Our Recent Awards are finalists of the 2022 Housebuilder Awards, with the winner to be announced on 10th November, and Winner of the 2022 Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society Award.
Who we are
Beau Property was founded in 2009 by Chris Hammond, a property expert who has completed a huge range of successful building projects. As an investor and landlord himself, he lives and breathes property and it is his true passion as well as his expertise. The wider team consists of both design and build experts that are ready to complete your project and get you that all-important return on investment. We are also connected to many brilliant and professional tradesmen, all working alongside our exceptional team.
