Hot Property

Last month local boutique developer Beau Property launched its new scheme of eight tow bedroom modern finely-crafted Victorian style homes at Nevill Row. They were very well received by both the local business community and the general public. Over 25 local firms attended the preview, while over 100 potential purchasers registered strong interest.
A Beau Property spokesperson told SO magazine that 25% of the new Nevill Row homes have already been sold with others about to go under offer. Knight Frank Tunbridge Wells is the appointed agent for any sales enquiries. Prices of the properties range from £450,000 – £600,000 and more information can be viewed online at www.nevillrow.com
