Whether you are looking to add a simple extension or undertake a full house refurbishment, our design and build experts will deliver all aspects of your project through to completion. We will provide expert help on planning, design, cost budgeting, build and project management.

We believe that your house should be a home first-and-foremost and we pride ourselves on translating your vision into reality. Each project is treated individually and we will work with you closely to understand your requirements and expectations.

Our dedicated project manager will provide onsite management to ensure the programme of work is completed on time and to your entire satisfaction. We are with you every step of the way, relieving you of all the stress and trouble of managing the project.

Starting with a blank canvas can make a building project extremely rewarding.

The level of remodelling involved on some projects may mean that it is favourable either to knock them down and start again or perhaps just retain the facade and rebuild at the back. Both of these options attract a zero rating for VAT purposes, which can be a real positive on the budget sheet.

Process Consultation

We will meet with you so you can tell us about your plans and ideas for your project. We can discuss options with you, and once we have a full understanding about your project, we can agree on the best way to deliver it and how we might get your project moving forward.

Design & Planning Preparation

We can help manage both the design and planning process from start to finish, to ensure it falls within your specification and budget. We will then work with your architect or ours, to make sure that all reasonable efforts are made to obtain approval for the submitted scheme.

Pre-start meeting

This meeting is to discuss any final outstanding points to ensure all parties are happy before works begin. If required, we can assist you with the sourcing of your kitchen, sanitary-ware, floor finishes etc.

On-site management

Our project manager will ensure that suitable progress is being made with regular site visits, and that all works on site, are being completed to the appropriate quality. We will coordinate delivery of materials to site and importantly make sure that appropriate Health & Safety measures are being met.

Contract administration

We undertake all of the contract administration, including issuing the necessary certificates and notices. Any variations during the project will be recorded and you will be kept fully up to date on running costs.

Snagging & final sign off

Once your project has reached the final stages a snagging list will be drawn up. Once we have tackled this step, you receive your successfully completed project. Happy times!

Lets Talk

Chris and his team have undertaken several projects for me this year which included the creation of a new sitting room from three smaller rooms, refurbishment of my kitchen and dining room, installation of new shower room and redecoration of my bedroom.
