The fixtures and fittings are also of great quality and Beau were very accommodating of our requests to tweak some of the finishes to our personal taste. Georgina and Chris really think through the property – from multiple electrical sockets to extra deep guttering – living in a Beau Property house means minimal upkeep. As with any new build there are snagging issues and Beau have been really responsive to any requests or questions. We are thrilled with our Beau Property home. The quality speaks for itself – highly specified, excellent quality of finish and thoughtful design touches throughout. We love the way that light bounds through the property – from the large roof lantern and bifold doors in the open plan living/kitchen/dining space, to the large feature window in the master bedroom, and a huge roof light above the staircase paired with glazed balustrades to the stairs – we get a flood of daylight every day of every season. We love the flow of the house and the well thought out design, which is perfect for our young family. Beau Property also made the move in experience incredibly easy. Chris came to visit us on move in day to make sure everything was okay, demonstrate the heating controls and other tech and show us the features of the house and we were even given a lovely hamper to welcome us and make us feel at home. Any minor snag or defect has been really promptly dealt with. We couldn’t be happier with the home and service we have received.
